I'm so glad to see more comics here on Newgrounds. If you missed it, The Sweet Sixteen Comic Contest really encouraged a bunch of talented comic makers to put their work here on Newgrounds, and we are all better for it. I was lucky enough to win 2nd Place with my comic The Deal.

The idea for The Deal has existed for a while, but like so many projects it sat untouched for a long time without a clear direction or motivation. I owe a big debt to Kittyhawkmontrose for giving my idea for a comic a reason and a place to live. Also, what an amazing Idea to make an award ceremony comic!

As for my upcoming work, I'm working on a few different projects. The 4th issue of Pico and the Portal is coming along. I've also been working on a few new stories in the same universe as The Deal. I haven't landed on titles yet, but they will all be standalone stories that share some themes. I really like the stories I've laid out, now I just have to find the time to draw them.
